Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged ZAR 280.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy
50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
14 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
